Step-by-step guide on how to onboard to the new USSSA Director Center Generation 2.0

Introduction: Welcome to the new USSSA Director Center, your gateway to managing your director activities more effectively. This guide will help you set up your account in the updated platform, Director Center Generation 2.0. Follow these simple steps to complete your onboarding.

Step 1: Log In to Legacy Director Center

  • Navigate to the legacy Director Center login page.

  • Enter your credentials to log in.

  • Once logged in, you will receive a pop-up notification if you have been selected for the current phase of our deployment. This notification is your invitation to create an account in the new Director Center Generation 2.0.

Step 2: Respond to the Onboarding Invitation

  • In the pop-up, you have two options:

    • Click Proceed to begin the onboarding process immediately.

    • Click Remind Me Later to snooze the notification for three days. We recommend proceeding to take advantage of the new features.

Step 3: Enter Your User Details

  • After selecting Proceed, you will be directed to the 'User Details' page.

  • Enter your USSSA email address. Be sure to note whether your email ends with .com or .org, as this will be important later.

  • Click Send Verification Code. Check your email for the code sent to you.

Step 4: Verify Your Email

  • Retrieve the verification code from your email.

  • Return to the 'User Details' page and enter the verification code in the designated field.

Step 5: Set a Secure Password

  • Create a new secure password for the new system.

  • Enter your password again to confirm it.

  • Click Create to finalize your new account setup.

Step 6: Complete Your Profile

  • You will automatically be redirected to the 'User Profile' page.

  • Fill in your personal details, including name, address, birthdate, and phone number. Include your country code for the phone number (+1 for the USA, for example).

  • Set your notification preferences (SMS, Email, and In-App notifications).

  • Choose your preferred Timezone, landing page, and link your social media accounts.

  • Click Save to store your profile settings.

Step 7: Explore Additional Features

  • After saving your profile, explore the left navigation bar for additional options such as 'Venue Management'.

  • Over time, we will add more modules like User Management, Event Management, and others.

Re-Login Instructions:

  • To log back into the new Director Center, visit https://directorcenter.usssa.com/. Remember to select the correct login option based on your email domain (.com or .org).
