  • Make sure you're on the list of users provided by USSSA for this onboarding session.

  • Check that you're using the correct Legacy DC link that has the Readiness App popup.

  • Log into Legacy DC using the username given in the excel sheet.

  • If you clicked "Remind Me Later" when the popup appeared before, don't worry! It will automatically show up again in 3 days, or our support team can reset it for you.

DC 2.0 Login Verification Page missing

  • If you clicked "Remind Me Later" instead of "Proceed" in the Readiness App, our support team can reset it, or the popup will reappear automatically in 3 days.

Error message: "There was a problem with your request. You are not able to sign up at this time. Please contact your System Administrator."

Error message: "Invalid Verification Code"

  • Double-check that you've entered the correct verification code sent to your email.

  • If asked to enter the code again, be sure to click "Verify Code" and not "Send New Code."

Onboarding process got canceled

  • If you clicked "Cancel" instead of "Create" after verifying your email and creating a new password, you'll need to start the onboarding process from the beginning.

  • Make sure you're using the correct "Sign In" button on the login page.

  • You can sign in here: https://directorcenter.usssa.com/

Navigation menu is empty after logging in

  • Fill out all the required information on your user profile page and click "Save."

  • Make sure you've selected "Email" under Notification Preferences.

Having trouble entering your birthdate

  • Use the date picker to select your birthdate instead of typing it in.

  • To choose a month, click on the month at the top of the calendar and pick from the list.

  • To select a year, click on the year at the top of the calendar and use the arrows to find the right year.
