Adding New Venues: Users with appropriate credentials can add new venues, detailing their location, contact information, sports compatibility, and amenities. The process supports draft saves and submissions for review, ensuring flexibility in venue management.
Reviewing Venues: New or modified venues undergo a review process, where they can be approved or rejected based on a detailed verification process. This process checks for duplication, address accuracy, field details, sports associations, and correct default settings.
Editing Venue Information: Authorized users can update venue information. These changes are subject to review, maintaining the accuracy and relevance of venue data.
Viewing Venue Information: Provides comprehensive details on venues, including sports supported and amenities offered, enhancing transparency and ease of access for users.
Activating and Deactivating Venues: This feature allows users to control the operational status of venues, ensuring that only current and active venues are listed and available for events.

To ensure timeliness and responsiveness, Venue Management operates under strict SLAs. Submissions or edits received before 4:00 PM EST are reviewed on the same business day. Expedited processing is available for urgent requests that are emailed in with "URGENT" in the title.
